Celebrating completion of the Renee 7 with Family Fun Day at Rosella Rise

WARNERVALE, NSW – AVJennings is inviting Central Coast families to a free community event at their newest development, Rosella Rise, on Saturday, 5th April from 11:30am to 3:00pm.

The Family Fun Day is organised to celebrate the completion of the Renee 7 home, the first in the Stellar Collection built in this community, a unique project that combines cutting-edge sustainable design with social purpose. This is also an opportunity for AVJenning’s to celebrate the Warnervale community in the Central Coast.

This fun filled day will provide prospective homebuyers and the wider community the chance to experience firsthand how Rosella Rise brings together the best of country and coastal living.

The Renee 7 is a centrepiece in the development, representing the seventh in AVJennings’ Renee Series – an initiative based on the collaboration of 60+ industry partners generously donating their materials, labour and expertise to build a complete turnkey home. The profits of the sale of the home are channelled directly to the Steve Waugh Foundation to help support children and families living with rare diseases. 

Located at 35 Warnervale Road, the event will include plenty of child-friendly activities. This event is about experiencing the community country-to-coast atmosphere we’re creating at Rosella Rise, where thoughtful design brings neighbours together and embraces family living.

Rosella Rise itself has been designed with social connection at its centre. This new development features dedicated parks and tranquil walking paths creating spaces where neighbours naturally come together and active living becomes part of everyday life.
